We offer you a breakfast buffet (08:00 to 10:00 AM) at our hotel. Starting in the 2026-2027 winter season, we will offer rooms without breakfast. Breakfast can be enjoyed at Hotel Wagner for an additional charge. In the evening we recommend the Tauernstüberl in Hotel Wagner or one of the surrounding restaurants in Obertauern.

Arrive and Feel Good

  • Check-In – Your accommodation is ready for you on the day of arrival from 3:00 PM. The key handover takes place at the Hotel Wagner, where you will also receive all other information about your stay.
  • Check-Out – On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:30 AM at the latest, so that we can prepare it for the next guests.

No, pets are not allowed in the Hotel Tauernpasshöhe.

Only the Apparthotel Samson allows pets (€ 35,- per day).

  • Check-Out – On the departure day, the room must be vacated by 10:30.

Cancellation & Travel Insurance

Sometimes something comes up - we understand that. 
Please note the following cancellation conditions: 
  • Up to 21 days before arrival the deposit is forfeited.
  • From 21 days before arrival, delayed arrival, or earlier departure we will charge 90% of the room price.
  • Cancellations always  in writing please!
The hotel is centrally located in the village center of Obertauern, directly on the ski slope, in Salzburg Land. You can easily reach us by car via the B99 Katschbergstraße or by public transport via the Radstadt train station and the bus to the stop "Obertauern Passhöhe".
